Who we're looking for

• Experienced lawn and garden techs with a year or more in maintenance, landscaping or greenkeeping

• Keen starters who want to learn the trade properly, working alongside an experienced tech before running their own van

• Turf people: greenkeepers and sports turf crews who want a change of pace

The work

• Mowing, edging, hedging and garden maintenance on premium homes and commercial sites

• Retic repairs and fault-finding

• Softscaping and lawn installs

What you'll need

• A driver's licence

• The ability to hit set job times while keeping standards high

• Reliability. Our clients and our team count on you

• Formal qualification in horticulture, agronomy or turf management
